This Cancellation Policy (the "Policy") sets forth the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds of spot usage reservations (the "Reservations") in this service. All guests (the "Guests") who make Reservations using this service are deemed to have agreed to this Policy.

Article 1: How to Request a Cancellation

  1. If you wish to cancel after your reservation has been confirmed, please follow the cancellation procedure specified by PlaySpot to complete the cancellation. Please note that sending a message to the host alone does not constitute a valid cancellation.
  2. Once the cancellation request is completed, the reservation will be considered cancelled.

Article 2: Cancellation Fees

3 days before to the day (including after start) 100% of the usage fee (no refund)

    ※All periods are based on 0:00 (Japan Standard Time) on the service start date.
    ※A “no‐show” (when no contact is made and the start time has passed) will be treated as a same‐day cancellation with no refund.

Article 3: Refund Method and Timing

  1. For credit card payments, the remaining balance after deducting the cancellation fee will be refunded to the same card.
  2. Refund processing will be carried out within 7 business days after the cancellation request is approved, and you will be notified by email once it is completed.

Article 4: Cancellation by Host

  1. If the reservation is canceled due to the host’s circumstances, the full amount of the usage fee (including fees) paid by the guest will be refunded.
  2. If host cancellations occur repeatedly due to significant negligence on the part of the host, we may suspend the host’s account or take other measures.

Article 5: Cancellation due to Force Majeure

    In the event of natural disasters, changes or enforcement of laws and regulations, directives from public authorities, or other reasons not attributable to the company or the host (hereinafter referred to as “Force Majeure”), making the provision of services difficult, we will consult with both guests and hosts and decide on an appropriate response on a case‐by‐case basis.

Article 6: Amendments to this Policy

  1. We may amend this Policy without prior notice.
  2. The amended Policy will take effect from the time it is displayed on the site.

This Policy is written in Japanese as the official text. In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese version and any translation, the Japanese version shall prevail.
