Meeting and pickup

The guide will be waiting in front of Esti Maison Yotsuya Sakamachi. Our shop is located next to a building facing the slope. The guide will have the bicycles in front of the building as a marker.

Smoking and alcohol and drug use are prohibited. This tour is not available for customers under 10 years old or over 70 years old.

Cancellation policy

If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the meeting time, it will be considered a no-show. However, if you inform us in advance of your delay, we will accommodate accordingly. The tour time starts from the meeting time. If you arrive late, adjustments may be made. If you cannot meet with the guide, please contact the emergency contact number.
