The guide will be waiting in front of Esti Maison Yotsuya Sakamachi. Our shop is located next to a building facing the slope. The guide will have bicycles in front of the building, so please use that as a landmark.

Cancellation policy

If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the meeting time, it will be considered a no-show. However, if you inform us in advance of your delay, we will make appropriate arrangements.
